Lawyers of ANVLaw provide legal consulting services and legal assistance partly or fully for domestic enterprises or foreign invested enterprises in Vietnam.
Consulting services shall be provided by ANVLaw including:
- Consulting comprehensively on legal system and providing information of investment and business environment in Vietnam related to investment conditions, investment incentives, investment form, order and procedure of implementing investment projects, investment projects adjustment, land leasing, land allocation, headquarters and offices leasing, contractor selection, construction permission, import and export, recruitment…;
- Supporting investors to choose suitable investment forms based on demand and capacity of investors: direct or indirect investment; establishing types of enterprise, venture enterprise or 100% foreign – owned enterprise or through BCC, BT, BTO, BOT and PPP contracts;
- Advising on issues related to land for implementing project (obtaining policy, recommending locations and gaining approval of location principles from the authorized state agencies);
- Finding and introducing partners, negotiating with local partners and foreign partners for investors who want to cooperate for investment;
- Researching the feasibility for investment projects;
- Consulting and drafting joint venture contract, business cooperation contract, investment cooperation contract, enterprise regulations;
- Building business plan/ making economic – technical report, establishing investment project, reporting environmental impact;
- Filling procedures to gain investment license and business registration certificate;
- Doing services after being licensed such as administrative procedures, seal registration, tax code registration, business establishment report, recruitment, labor permits, import and export code, investment incentives, import and export tax incentives, labor, land, construction permits, licenses or other specialized agreements, etc…
