ANVLaw provides services by supporting clients building rules and regulations on labor, drafting documents, contracts and representing in court with the disputes related to labor.
Consulting services shall be provided by An Vien Law Firm (ANVLaw) including:
- Labor relations – consulting on labor recruitment and labor relations;
- Labor contracts – drafting documents related to labor, including labor contract, collective bargaining agreement, rules of operation;
- Complying with the requirements of labor – consulting on compliance and registration of labor regulations and reporting regime implementation;
- Restructuring – consulting on labor restructuring and redundant workers;
- Rights of the workers – consulting on bonus regulations, social insurance, medical insurance and unemployment insurance, and on the implementation of the above regulations;
- Foreigner – consulting on working on Vietnam, issues related to tax and other legal requirements when sending laborers abroad and recruiting foreign laborers to work in Vietnam;
- Consulting on legal issues in labor field;
- Litigation – representing clients in court or arbitration.
