Trade transaction is an important activity of an enterprise when participating business environment. Meeting the demands of clients about the legality when conducting trade transaction, ANVLaw provides to clients any legal consulting services related to commerce.
Consulting services shall be provided by ANVLaw including:

- Representing clients to implement procedures such as registering franchise, registering standard quality, registering for distribution of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, registering code and barcode of product, granting advertising license, export – import license, etc… in Vietnam;
- Consulting, assisting and representing clients to resolve disputes arised from the process of implementing trade transaction; representing and protecting rights and interests of clients in the courts or arbitration.
